Due to rain the training had to be suspended because of the bad state of the Hub church. It has a grass roof so it leaks badly in heavy rain. We will continue in March as the rains cease. In spite of this most students wanted to continue the training. Some had to cross badly flooded rivers. We have finished studying in the Gospel and Acts and will begin the Old Testament part 2. Some of the students have 2 and 3 disciples that will be ready to begin the training soon.

Thank you for the bicycle through the ministry of Hope Builders! Praise the Lord. This will help me to reach the 2 HUB churches I oversee much easier and faster. My first bike was stolen September 15, 2010. Thank you for replacing it.

 Maranatha Church rebuilt the wall after the rains and a thatched roof was put on it to help protect the hand made brick and mortar structure. They mold the bricks from the clay and burn it. The mortar is usually purchased as a high price many miles away. it is brought in on their bicycles or by bus if they can afford the ride. Iron sheets/metal roofing is a great prize for our Zambian churches, especially the HUB Churches where the year round training of pastors take place.

$500 provides the metal needed for these churches.
