The Hub Leader is the key to the Hub strategy of disciple-making and church planting. This pastor-teacher not only pastors his own church and ministers in his community, but he also trains other pastors. He is a discipler of pastors. Under his oversight and care men study and train to be pastors and plant new churches. It is through the establishment of new churches that the body of Christ is also discipled and brought to maturity.
