In September 2009 Pastor James Bwalya came to a Hub Leaders Conference held near Chingola. It was originally designed for the 35 to 40 Hub Leaders we knew of in Zambia. When the conference began there were over 70 men present! Needless to say I was a bit shocked and wondered why all these men had come when I asked only for the HUB leaders. After some inquiries I discovered that the ministry in Zambia had almost doubled in two years!

In April of 2009 I had instructed the Key Leaders to implement carefully the HUB model and begin to develop Hubs in strategic locations. Pastor Solomon from Mpika took this seriously and began with one of his disciples, James Bwalya, in the Chinsali District about 200 miles away. James immediately began to develop his new HUB by enlisting 10 other pastors and young pastors-in-training. By September these 11 men had planted and were discipling 100 other churches and pastors!

Today the Chinsali District under the leadership of Pastor James has grown into a REGION of 6 Districts from Mpika in the south to Nakonde in the North. By God's enabling power James has given us a template and new paradigm for our work throughout Zambia. There are over 600 pastors in training in the Muchinga Province covering thousands of square miles in the bush of Northern Zambia.
